This gummy substance is a result of of fuel being left inside of a carburetor for who knows how long. More often than not almost all Watercraft have some debris or deposits inside the carburetor.There is no magic chemical in a bottle or treatment that can remove severely gummed carburetor's.
Rock caught in the pump causing cavitation..We will have to replace the wear ring and clean the impeller edges.
